Why couldn't Konami do this with TMNT 4? It would have made the intro a heck of a lot better!

this song is the best one my fave games growing up i miss sega, nes ,super nes days of gaming in my opinion the golden age of gaming is gone

They used a special "streaming" method to overcome the 64kb size limit of the sound chip at the time. It's not easy to emulate this, so other versions couldn't duplicate the method used to pull it off on an SNES. This is mentioned at the bottom of a wikipedia article about the "SPC700 sound format"
