This is a Japanese technology that I led the efforts to transfer to the USA. Imagine any design for a home going from CAD to manufacturing via email and then being cut on fully automated (CNC) machines--These machines are now in MN and not being used. Watch the video and let me know what you think. -James Scott Brew
what is the status of the equipment? Search on Google does not show that anyone else uses this method?
Could someone update the status and contact information for either the US or Japanese companies?

Timber frame construction for the 21st century. The Japanese are legendary for their handsawn joinery. I would love to own a timber frame home, and if it had to be done with a machine to make it affordable, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Its a very good idea. We want to make something similar in Valencia ( Spain) and okupate a very luxury land in front of the best place of valencia but not legally, its a evolution of okupa movement. Here its imposible to buy a home because we have bubble prices from 30 years of bubble. Its around 4 times more expensive than in america in relatioship with our money.
