Meltdown

This is Nick having a full blown meltdown. This one happened in our home during his tutoring session. He does this in public too. He is autistic, and these can happen for a variety of reasons.

I recorded this so that his doctor could see exactly what was happening. Unless I record it, they had no idea how severe it was. It took us weeks to discover that he actually had a sinus infection that was causing him a lot of pain. If I am such a horrible parent for trying to get to the bottom of my sons meltdowns then go ahead and think what you want. This goes on in nearly every household with autistic kids at some point. It is not like I put videos of him on here often.

@MASTERLINKX1 as a parent of 2 autistic children i will tell you this is probably common place and recording or not recording wont improve the situation. i will also "inform" you drs therapists and schools invite you to record events at home so they can see what they are like in their home environment. its not as if she watched him bleed out. he had a meltdown. it happens. a lot.
