@tromboneteach I completely agree. I loved Gaeta. Who would have thought that the guy who yelled "Draedis Contact" would go on to be such an important character? And if you haven't watched them, the "Face of the Enemy" webisodes reveal a lot more to Gaeta's motivations than just what was presented in the show. Gaeta is so misunderstood.

Thumbs up if you were secretly rooting for Gaeta to succeed in his mutiny.

This is so moving and beautiful... I can't stop listening to it and singing it; in fact I'm even learning the violin to this. Ahh, the things music makes me do...

@jstark069 My condolences on the loss of your friends daughter. You couldn't have picked a better song to honor someone's memory than this.

@legofilms4fun failz lol, how you not seen yet, show was over while ago, get the boxset! best decision i ever made
-
@tromboneteach shame that gaeta went that way, he was like my favourite side character, hopefully somewhere he is still saying the famous words "DRADIS CONTACTS!"
-
@mrslovvet best show ever!
-
@legofilms4fun Careful! You don't wanna spoil anything! It's a wonderful show. :)
-
I need to stop looking up soundtracks, because all of these titles give away parts of the show that I haven't seen yet! lol

@HarakMolova like i said, i didn't watch it, my friend has it, and he recommended some OSTs, and this was one of them

@Ortolann I don't want to be human! I want to see gamma rays! I want to hear X-rays! And I want to - I want to smell dark matter! Do you see the absurdity of what I am? I can't even express these things properly because I have to conceptualize complex ideas in this stupid limiting spoken language! But I know I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws! And feel the wind of a supernova flowing over me! I'm a machine! And I can know much more! I can experience so much more.

Wow. That's not how I interpreted Gaeta at all. HE was the secret hero of New Caprica, he served faithfully under Adama for years. The trauma of being turned against by his shipmates and friends combined with the loss of his leg drove him to a faulty decision to team with Zarak. He lost his way--I think Baltar is more the representation of the flaws of humanity.
