There is almost no money to be had in a partnership with YouTube unless one is tall, skinny, female, blond, and has large tits. A bit more than a week ago I accepted the partnership invitation for the reasons of self-protection: the benefits help me protect my channel against fraudulent flagging campaigns (it takes more flagging to shut down a partner channel) and I have a high-resolution movie I am filming that I wish to upload some day, which will be around 45 minutes long.

Here's what I think: You, are one who can fight for reason, and that alone should obligate you to accept this status.

Why would you close your account? Look, you're my favourite subscription, and with good reason! You have put yourself out there so far, why would you not accept some reward for it? And if your subscribers get too many, you can always block them xD
