  • Were you also working other gymnastics exercises over the 12 months? Such as back lever, front lever, L-sit, maltese pushups, pseudo pushups, leg lifts, muscle ups etc?

  • I've started to notice that a lot of people are neglecting their legs now. Not to be mean dude that's great that you can do planche push ups.
