An interesting note to consider Gyunei Guss the Cyber-newtype from Char's Counterattack was originally slated to be Kamille in the initial draft. However Tomino scraped the idea for some reason. It would have been interesting to see Kamille side with Char and fight Amuro.

Moon Crisis is not canon.
-
@Luigi84289 Kamille's newtype powers didn't go anywhere. If anything his powers got stronger after Scirocco's attack. It's also heavily implied that Kamille recovers fully from it in ZZ Gundam. Also the Moon Crisis side story is where he becomes a doctor but I'm not sure if it's canon because it conflicts with Unicorn.

@lemmehaviet He probably could have he was an incredible new type. I have not heard or read anything about kamille becoming a doctor but it would not surprise me he was a smart kid.
-
@Luigi84289 He was a doctor in 0092 I believe. Can scirocco damage Amuro or Chars concious mind?
-
@lemmehaviet Scirocco permanently damaged his consciousness. His new type abilities were gone forever otherwise he would be fighting in 0092.
-
@ciprianobabula Kamille was supposed to be a leader whom would send humanity to the stars after he went braindead Char hid away waiting for the fighting to cease and a victor to be declared then rose to power and did the only thing he felt would save his people from the Earth's Tyranny. It was like when the US nuked Japan they felt they had to do it.
-
Great now he goes crazy and tries to drop a rock.
-
Is the music playing during Char's initial monologue part of the Zeta Gundam OST?
-
@ndalum75 Char was biding his time. He did not care who won after the Titans were defeated. All he cared about was lifting the remaining population of Earth off into space.
Do anybody know where to find the
soundtrack of the ending credit roll after this clip?
It took me halflifetime looking for it.
The song is the same with Minerva'scene in this clip.
It is very hear-touching song.

And as Amuro mentioned, he had an ego. Char was always thinking that what he, himself was doing is for the greater good, never taking the time to consider things from another point of view. Indeed, this is THE mindset for evil. Afterall, just how many people are those stereotypical psychopaths that actually enjoy watching people suffer?
