Percival Lawrence Lowell was a astronomer who fueled speculation that there were canals on Mars, founded the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona . He studied Mars extensively. His works include a detailed description of what he termed the 'non-natural features' of the planet's surface, the 'canals,' single and double; the 'oases,' as he termed the dark spots at their intersections, depending partly on the Martian seasons. He saw it then and it's still there now minus NASA's hoax !

People would then learn that it is possible for many to know the truth and to keep it a secret.
