Valentines Day Cookies using DIY Cookie Cutter

This is my entry to Threadbanger's Contest for the best tutorial video in creating something you made yourself. So since Valentines Day is around the corner, I decided to do a tutorial video on my version of my Valentines Day Cookies.

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp milk
1 cup of powdered sugar
Piping bag for frosting (or use a ziplock bag and just cut a tiny hole at the tip)
Food coloring
Jolly Ranchers (or any hard candy)

@gilllovejb your question was "if my oven only offer the highest degree of 250'c ..how can i make it to 375'c ? please ans me thanks" - my answer is 375 Fahrenheit converted into Celsius is 190'c. hope that helps.
