Blueberries are special because they need acidic soil. If you plant them in your garden without changing the naturel soil and applying long term fertilizer, they won`t grow healthy.

  • great what time of year and how often

  • @logan979

About 35g per year. For example with 6 months lasting fertilizer you make 2x 15g

  • Great video! I was told coffee grinds are good to give. Is that true?

  • @Shumanlives

We dont know about that, maybe somebody else around here?

  • What osmocote do you use?

  • @TheRulfsorchard

We recommend "Osmocote longterm fertilizer" (how much you see in the video), you can also use leafs though. But with leafs it is hard to tell how much you need.

  • What do you recommend? Also is leaf litter compost ( I haven't started any yet) any good?

  • Excellent!

  • Acidic Soil, One month of sun, another of rain, and another good month of rain/sun. It's the pro for best blueberries seasons here in Quebec. Add to it some dead blueberries leaves

  • Good advice and this is from the pro!
