Copyright Infringement

This is to akaPierce on YouTube. This is my recording where I am letting him and everyone else know that what he wants to do is COPY my music, DECLARE it HIS, USE it in a commercial in Canada, get PAID for it, and get ALL credit for my song. He will get sued if he does execute this. He thinks it is a game, but this is legal stuff here.

@andypandy311 I am. Seriously, this akapierce guy is going to make money off of my material. It's like copying audio from your videos or Fluffee's, to state a powerful youtube figure, and then declare it his own, and make money off of it. And not to some friends, to a whole company. For a commercial, we're talking about major publicity and money.

Well I suggest you sue him for stealing your music from your video. That is why we have copyright laws. To protect the artist from having his work stolen from him or her. I would go ahead of hiring a lawyer to sue this person. He have no right to claim it is his music that he made. He is lying to people to get credit for him self. Sorry. You tube has a Content ID application to sign up to protect your creative work in music. Good luck in straighten out this mess.
