You can pull the tenderloins much easier if you use a longer thin bladed knife just to work down the lumbar vertibrae. Your video was pretty good and certainly clean, thanks tothe snow this time.
you do a fine job, but i dont really agree with this method due to leaving quite a bit of meat behind (the ribs). you get quite a bit, especially with an elk. also, gutting an elk does not take that long, especially with a buddy holding a leg. i have been wanting one of those knives for awhile now, and after seeing this, i think i'll order myself one.
