How can you sue someone for being DEAF? That's the real matter here. It's not that the kid moved into his path but the fact that the doc. yelled at someone w/o thinking that said person could be deaf. Then when things got ugly he kind of... found a way out by sueing the kid?

it really annoys me how angry humanity is getting as a whole- that a DOCTOR (of all people) feels the need to exact revenge upon a child, who could very easily have been one of his patients, by sueing her.
GRRRR!!! I'm so very very annoyed now!!!

Oh I see... she was skating and the idiot doctor was riding a bike. He yelled at her to move and she did, but into his path. I hope he loses a lot of business when word of this gets out.
