  • sry, but are u sure that u have a girlfriend?

  • @ice0cold0eu

after i made this vid? lemme count...5. Jealous? Better be, those where all hotties.

  • @canuma100

yeah, where are all your hotties?

(kinda funny because (u'r german) wrote where instead of were)

  • @me0rocks

well they aint in linux videos, that would be just weird! Hot girls + Linux just doesnt exist. I mean if u type linux u shouldnt be expecting girls. U should expect guys like me^^

And btw, i just got One at a time. (call me old fashioned)

Well i still dont get my grammar mistake but i guess it doesnt really matter anyway.

  • does it need more than 10Watts without the display? how high is the temperature of the power supply after some weeks of running?

i want to make a server out of an acer aspire one netbook. i hope the power supply dont burn away after some weeks :D

  • the temperature is VERY low. i dont knowhow much watts it takes but without WIFI screen keyboard speakers anything it cannot be much. it is also downclocked.

The powersupply is doing a great job i have here where i live sometimes some blackouts but thanks to the battery the eeeserver can be blonger then 4 hours on.

The server runs NON stop now since november (ok sometimes rebooting) and even the cheapass mobile harddisk does a great job.

  • Thank you for the post Sir.

  • Nice, I have a eee pc and think about this solution, but without a sata(ore more)HD it´s not very useful, any ideas?

  • Shut the fuck up please, Nicolai.

  • at the end what linux distro did you use?? i am plaing to do the same thing. i have a frenas runing, but i want linux, not freeBSD. so what linux distro did you use? and how did you compile the servives for the torrent client? are you able to manage the server though a web server? i would be greatfull if i get some awnsers! ^^ thanx

  • i also got this idea. i bought an eee-pc on ebay with a damaged display. now it is my file server for the home network. thats the best energy-saving server ever.
