  • You impressed me. Very good. I´m from Brazil and and don´t think about a Band here to aproach the same kind of music presented here. Of course, maybe you heard about Angra, but I´m think that they last works with the new vocal Edu Falaschi lost the same line then when it was with André Matos (former vocal and band leader drom Shaman). Well, I´m heard a lot Avantasia Tobias Sammeth 2 CDS every week last weeks. Ayeron is very good too. Arwen is a great musician and guitar front man. thanks.

  • Yeah I know those bands. Check out Almah, Edu Falaschi's side project.

  • That solo at 7:08 is a rip off of Symphony Xs "the eyes of medusa" at 3:25

  • Hourglass consists of amazing musicians, but i didn't like the production. It was a bit poor don't you think. Other than that, great us prog, reminding me of zero hour.

    Also, Bulgarian Pantommind (our countries are very close) are very good, in both albums.

    But, no doubt about it, Spheric is on another league. Mental Torments is one of my fav's

  • @TheOrangeFondler i noticed that too!!! symphpny x plays better though

  • @akikonomori

    i really really like the Edu Falashi Angra

    Temple of Shadows and Aurora Consurgens are my Favorite CD s of them

    They introduced me to Power Metal i hated it before i heard these CD s

    But i also must say that Holy Land is a very very good CD

    Kiko Loureiro is one of my Favorite guitarist and his Solo CD are amazing better then John Petrucci Solo CD

  • @xTOMMYGRx: I think all three of those statements are correct, but why I'm posting: Hourglass are good musicians, but the guys seem to have no clue when to end a song and, though based on poor YouTube quality which the vocalist asked the person who put Oblivious up about, the production is inexcusable for an album that took five years to make. I will listen to that again, though...sounds like it could grow on me some and the length won't be as bad with good audio. Does the CD sound better?

  • i subscribed you to get more of those great progressive findings in the future ;) I only knew pantommind, but Im definitely checking out the other bands :D

  • thx for your great videos. LONG LIVE PROG METAL!

  • Is Icycore's singer the ex-singer from DGM??

  • haven't heard any porcupine tree yet

  • Titta tani rulez \m/

  • My opinion;

    Fairyland, opening = Good

    Icycore = Good

    Hourglass = Sounds a bit low-budget/cheap, but has potential

    Mind Key = Good

    Pantommind = OK

    Silent memorial = OK

    Spheric universe experience, closing = Good

    Based on the clips of the songs in this video only, I liked Icycore and Mind Key best.
