The 1997 New Years Flood in Plumas County video - A series of tropical storms hit northern California from late December 1996 to early January 1997. This video is a 10 minute trailer from the full video which is 78 minutes in length, showing flooding and road washouts in the Feather River Canyon, Quincy, Indian Valley, Dog Rock, Cromberg, Sloat, Two Rivers and other areas of Plumas County.

  • Really amazing footage. This will before our time here in Quincy. Some people are saying that if the snow melts with next weeks rain it might happen again. Let's hope that won't be the case. Thanks.
