I show my Pfaff 332 sewing some belt leather with a few different stitches. This is a very powerful and quiet machine. It has a belt system that some call "fabric" with aluminum lugs. In reality the "fabric" is solid nylon cords with aluminum lugs. These belts last indefinately.

  • are you familiar with the pfaff 360? If so can you suggest what type of oil should be udes to oil it? I just ordered one online and when it arrives I want to oil her properly. Thanks in advanced.

  • @nationaleventphoto Use sewing machine oil!! Sewing machine oil is lighter, doesn't dry and yellow, and lasts longer than other houshold oils. You can get a large bottle with a handy tube extension you can stick down inside those hard to reach spots. Your machine will run like new once you get all the oil or "oel" spots.

  • Great machine! I bougt one yesterday at the flee market after being inspired from your video.

Due i have other industrial sewing machines i am very impressed on the results of this little 332 Pfaff.

There is one more detail that you have not shown or don´t have.

Its the automatic thread threader, a dowell that pivots down to the needle hole and hooks the thread through the needle hole. Awesome, i dont need to wear glases to thread .

    Thanks for ispiration. Angelo/Sweden

  • @guzziv7special71 WOW!! I wish I had the auto threader on mine!! I'll have to watch on ebay for one.

  • @guzziv7special71 I broke a gear in my White 764 recently and got out my Necchi Supernova and found a brand new in the box, with instructions, needle threader. It is a great thing to have.

  • AWESOME! So glad I found this video. I am *seriously* considering buying this exact model, and I am a brand new sewer. And, this looks like an impressive machine! Thanks for sharing this video!

  • @Ms177345 They are a smooth, QUIET, powerful machine that is hard to match for performance. You can sew anything from linnen to heavy vinyl or vercro with plastic backing (a real challenge for many "new" machines) A great machine that is getting harder to find every day. Get them while you can as they don't make them like this any more.

  • i just picked up one of these yesterday, mine is a little different though, it's German made, but I don't have the cams in the top. Thanks for the video, it was most informative. Does your machine go really fast? Mine seems kind of slow.

  • "part of the thing" very technical

  • I forgot to say that Pfaff 260, 232 and 230 is also pretty much the same. Althoug thay are not always so easy to find. I think 332 is popular in europe and 360 is more popular in USA. I may be wrong

  • Had some problems with the posting reply so I post here instead... Pfaff 360, 330, 332, 322, 312, 230 and 630 is pretty much the same machine the difference is the year they are build in and a bit the design. The mechanical part is pretty much the same. I have had a pfaff 330 and a pfaff 360 sow I know what I am talking a bought. So I am sure he is familiar with it as long that he is familiar with 332.
