whale meditation

meditate with a whale pod as they call out to each other. this is a alpha wave session using isochronic beats. sorry for the repeative pics but finding 10mins worth is overwhelming.

for a quick break just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. allow your body to sink into your chair. this vid goes to the alpha state so you can feel relaxed afterwards. enjoy...
