I have never heard anyone call their own tanks over & over "my beaters...more beaters...my pretty beaters!"Usually to be funny or sarcastic someone might say "check this guy out in his wife beater" Or "Look at you in a wife beater!" But...Usually it's not a nice connotation.

omg pretty beaters? :-p they're called wife beaters but only the ones that are like guys undershirts...camisoles or girls tanks are never wife beaters... and if you wanna know why their called wife beaters look here on youtube for:
