  • I love your videos. Very informative. I also love your accent. > _ >;

btw, Inkscape saves files in the SVG file format.

  • Yeah SVG is kinda the open, industry standard, but some programs use proprietary formats (such as photoshop) that Gimp can't read.

    And thanks for the compliments!

  • can i change a bitmap image to jpeg? how? pls help me. coz i cant upload pictures on a social networking site. somebody pls. help me.

  • 1. Open the bmp file in the Gimp

    2. Click File -> Save As...

    3. Re-save the file as a JPEG.

  • Simply nice, and to be honest even if the topic is boring I always learn something useful from yours tutorials, and I agree keep it up.

  • Thanks! Another example of fine commentship - Gimp tutorials must attract a higher class of YouTuber!

    :)

  • Seriously, that was like, the best Gimp tutorial I've ever seen. I've been searching for information on how to do this, and you just explained everything I needed and more. Thank you so much! My life has just been made a lot easier!

  • "hums the eastenders theme"

  • Thanks.

  • What a fantastic idea! Thank you!

  • As a professional artist, may I compliment your taking time to explain copyright etiquette? Many people really need only to understand. Excellent, as always.

  • A NATURAL INSTRUCTOR, THANKS

  • Thanks so much. So easy to understand and very helpful. Much appreciated

  • Ahh nevermind.... it was still showing the path.

  • Really good tutorial... For some reason once I'm done filling the selection and all that, the edges look really jagged, and they're kind of discolored (almost greenish). What is this?

  • the paths series was very useful. nicely done. thank you. greetings from cluj-napoca, romania
