Team Luigio Match #40: Homer vs Cutman

Homer returns from his break to take on one of the robot masters of the Capcom universe, Cutman. Cutman and Gutsman are two of the most popular robot masters, as can be evidenced by their appearances in the cartoons (lol, Gutsman's ass).

As you will obviously notice, Cutman is a Megaman edit in appearance. However, when it comes to AI and moveset, they are very different. Cutman's AI is very competitive, but does have a problem with spamming projectiles. His projectile actually ignores blocking and can cause damage twice as it is thrown like a boomerang. This character is a challenge for your everyday MUGEN player, but Homer can dispatch him easily.
