http://www.ProGuitarShop.com - The Electro Harmonix USA Big Muff Pi is a remake of the classic fuzz / distortion pedal made famous in the 60's and 70's. Nothing gives you warm fuzz and distortion tones like the original, the Electro Harmonix USA Big Muff Pi Fuzz / Distortion pedal!

The Big Muff Pi is one of the earliest Distortion pedals ever created! This distortion has seen the hands of such musicians as Hendrix and Santana all the way to Chemical Brothers and Korn. The Big Muff has a creamy and violin-like Sustain and fuzz, with a versatile Tone control that can boost low end and midrange. You can emulate classic distortion and overdriven tones that usually come out of a saturated tube amp. This timeless piece from Electro Harmonix, has been defining the sound of rock guitar for the past 30 years. Pick one up and continue the tradition! This is the Made in USA version.

  • Big Muff is tough!

  • @PAULisDEADMANnumber9 It's probably pushing the amp into overdrive, making it sound a little tighter and not crazy.

  • I love my Big Muff, but when i turn the volume up on the pedal or the amp, the fuzz seems to kinda go away as it gets louder, like its less dense of something. Can anybody help?

  • @M16Tman I have a muff and a '70. Both are great pedals, but at the end of the day, the fulltone has not only better versatility, but way better tone. I have played the RI fuzz face, and it's nothing special. The swollen pickle isn't worth the cost and the space it takes up on a pedalboard. So, I'd go with a fulltone '70. best straighforward fuzz I have played.

  • @reflectwhatyouare689 just sounds like a connection problem somewhere. Open it up to see if anything is loose or disconnected

  • i've got a problem with my big muff, sometimes when i turn it on the distortion fades out completely, and theres no volume, so i have to tap it a little bit for the sound to come back, sometimes it's frustating, can you help with that?? do you know what that can be??

  • this, fuzz face, swollen pickle, or fulltone '70

  • SIlversun Pickups!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @rodrigoNIN90 billy didn't use this big muff, he used an op-amp big muff made between 1977 and 1978. google 'kitrae op amp muff' for more details.

  • @St9ler Not even funny, get over the shitty arrow joke.
