Elvis Presley In Your Arms
Written by Aaron Schroeder and Wally Gold for Elvis. Elvis recorded it March 12, 1961 at RCAs Nashville studios. It is available on Something for Everybody and From Nashville to Memphis-The Essential 60s Masters, which is where this version is from.

Oh, the way I feel tonight
You better wrap me up good and tight
In your arms
In your arms

Just like a bee in a honeycomb
I'm gonna make myself right at home
In your arms
In your arms

Well, it don't take much to keep me satisfied
Just a little bit of lovin' that's bonafide
And your arms keep me tangled up all the time
Like a kitten with a ball of twine

Yeah baby, that's where I want to stay
For the rest of my natural days
In your arms
In your arms

Well, it don't take much to keep me satisfied
Just a little bit of lovin' that's bonafide
And your arms keep me tangled up all the time
Like a kitten with a ball of twine

Yeah baby, that's where I want to stay
For the rest of my natural days
In your arms
In your arms
In Your Arms
In Your Arms
In Your Arms
In Your Arms

  • thats the beast in me

  • I am one of the lucky generation born in the 40's, in my case '42 so you can understand we endured the worst and enjoyed the best, our black and white lifestyle was overnight transformed into glorious living colour, suddenly we were individuals with our own music, dress styles, language, all because of music, firstly we heard Bill Haley, superb rocking rhythm, then, oh yes, then, oh boy, the bombshell, from then on the world would never be the same and neither would I and trillions more.
