I'm letting my roots grow out because my hair is dieing on me! haha All you do is mix 30 vol developer with loreal blue powder bleach.. I put 2 scoops in from the powder bleach and i pour the developer in so it looks like soupy.. That is probably the worst description haha dont burn your hair out!
