  • i personally prefer curves but i am willing to give them up to clear up the health issues fibro and feminine issues which going raw has significantly helped. i whole heartedly believe in fasting b/c it has been prescribed to us form our creator. i know i am on the right track but it is a journey for sure. thank u for all the positive love and suggestions :D

  • Get back on some lean red meat lady. Vegetarianism isn't for everyone. Go get a nice 3 topping pepperoni pizza from round table and you'll feel better than you have in the last year.

  • @nextinline777 Oh that's awesome. :) I'm glad you found something that's working better for you. And yeah, your body is either in a catabolic or anabolic state. The trick is not not have your body break itself down to the point where rebuilding becomes extremely difficult, instead of an easy, perpetual process, which keeps you feeling healthy and cleansed.

  • @MissJemimaPuddleduck I agree with you.. But i also agree with Dan to a point that your body does break itself down, then rebuilds.. I say it doesn't matter if you eat cooked or not. As long as the foods you consume are alkaline. Then people shouldn't worry about the enzymes. Ive started eating alot of quinoa ( alkaline grain) .. Also spelt, rye ect. No man made grains which is acid based & starchy. When people start eating like this.. It takes over they're lives, litterly.

  • @nextinline777 No. What this man is saying is bullshit. I lost my period while eating a vegan diet too low in calories. (If you are a woman, watch for this, it's bad, cause periods are cleansing, and losing weight is not cleansing.) If the raw vegan diet isn't working for you, STOP. And eat more calories! :)

  • @TiffyBear Fruit. Eat as much as you can. Bananas and dates and figs are great. But it's better to eat some cooked foods like rice. :P Or better yet, eat normally.
