Léon Jacobs and most of his band were from Liegè, Belgium. Jacobs was Baker's musical director and his band accompanied Josèphine Baker until the late 1930s.

    I don't think it is grammatically incorrect to say someone looks like someone that was born after the subject of the sentence. Don't know why this has so many thumbs up (unless I'm wrong...)
