  • this track accompanying the video wasn't actually in the film, they used a track i believe was called the price of pain, in the film (which i thought was bloody awful !)the 45 rpm single the dj put on the deck was on the SSS international label does anybody know the artist (if indeed he existed?)

  • The track "The price of Pain" was actually Edwin Star who played the DJ's Father in the movie - But I can not remember his name in the movie

  • We mods in the 60s would have come off the dance floor with the splitting back drop brake dance man (not cool)doing that, just cant see what that dance has to do with soul music the teddy boys and rockers and greaser in the 1960s used to dance like that more or less... Everybody else so cool and wonderful dancing except for the look at me man ?

R.I.P BUB we miss you KTF

  • last time I was with Bub - was at a bbq at Tommy Cooper's house in Armthorpe.

  • I can't see why so many ppl have given u a thumbs down Dr Whatson, the scene NEEDS new blood, NEEDS new people, NEEDS new tunes, NEEDS new moves, NEEDS new dances, NEEDS new dancers, we can't just recycle the same over and over and over again! Dancers were ALWAYS innovative and cutting edge, but now they just seem to do the same old lame old moves :(

A sense of where ya from IS important,

but a sense of where we're goin is TOO!!

imo, DrWhatson is jus sayin what loads of ppl think. fair do's

  • I abbreviated to get everything I wanted to say into the letter space that UTube allows. There is nothing wrong with my English..you're still a pompous prick..& you ignored the point I was expressing.

Your elevated opinion of yourself just counterpoints the arrogance of the underlying metaphor that you inflict on the scene that thousands love. But you think you are so far above that you can decide how things should be. And would be if you actually amounted to anything.

    ie. a snob

    Clear enough?
