Hey does steam cost money and how do I get the PC version for Tf2?
I play it on the XboX 360 but I have been waiting long enough its just boring without updates, I also see skins and I go wow, AMAZING.

Nope, Steam is free. TF2 is 20$, then you don't have to pay anything to get the updates ^^
