The lyrics are actually 'Sorry, is all that you CAN'T say'

CAN changes the meaning of the whole song.

The whole point is that the person she is singing to has an inability to communicate. Hence "You can say Baby, can I hold you tonight."

That the one thing he can say. All the other things in the song, he CAN'T say, but it's ok for her because he says, 'Baby, can I hold you tonight.' which makes up for it.

Good version though, all said and done :-)
