But it is more to it than just being a sheduler.

Map/reduce has been a model around for at least 10 years. They didn't invent it, nor is it innovative, as they keep calling it.
They just have a job control and scheduler. Other schedulers have been around for ages, which do the same stuff.

Gah... the volume is too low. I can't hear it, and all my volume levels are maxed out (I'm on a laptop, no way to further amplify it). Come on Google, you're smart enough to know to normalize and compress the audio before posting it online! =(
