I am Peter Dow, the author of the Scottish National Standard Bearer website and administrator of the For Freedom Forums and I am pleased to support "Shine on Scotland" and I support fortifying food in Scotland (possibly our milk) with Vitamin D.

To Ryan's mum, I control my MS with 10,000 iu Vitamin D3 daily (not D2), and have reversed my nerve damage.. yes, the last MRI showed that ALL my lesions had disappeared... with B12 as Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg daily. My nerve pain used to be severe. I am not cured, but I have got my life back. FYI, D3 needs co-factors to work properly such as Magnesium and Zinc. I trained as a nutritionist and a nurse so have better insight than most people.

Beautiful video.
I'm a little shocked to learn how far north Scotland is. No surprise that you and your friends are so pale.
Recommended daily amounts of D have been changing (increasing) for a long, long time.
You have a wonderful opportunity to help the whole world by just being there to be studied during this amazing time!
Thank you for your courage and GOOD LUCK!
ps - I bet Susan Boyle might like to hear about this unless, of course, Joan is already there...lol

thankyou
