Yes. We use mojo ducks on pigeons. The flash on the wings will draw their attention, and when they see the pigeon decoys, they'll go investigate. The mojo teal seems to work awesome, but we've used full sized mallard mojo spinners plenty of times, and with great success.

We cleaned the doves, breaded the breast meat, and made nuggets.
