Go approx. 17 seconds into this video and compare: when you first log in to your account, does the link in the top-left corner of your homepage read "Pick Your MySpace URL!" or does it read something else? If it reads anything else, you most likely accidentally set it. If you do not see anything (ie~ the link is invisible), you may need to contact MySpace directly to determine what the root problem is.

I have to ask. These tutorials are written to help educate parents on how to use MySpace. Looking at your profile, are you even old enough to have a MySpace account. If you are not of age, I would advise you to cancel your account as MySpace can be a dangerous place.

Unfortunately, once you set your MySpace URL, you cannot ever change it again. Although unpleasant, the only way to get a new MySpace URL is to open a new MySpace account.
