Jemand sollte die DVDs oder BluRays nutzen, um diese Version des Intros nachzubauen. Daumen hoch und danke fürs Raufladen. :)

unendliche weiten ,aber der mensch ist durch die erdummheit so begrintz ,das die immer nur macht in verschiedenen lendern ,bombenkriege und terror ,sich vermehren und nicht  über den mod hinnaus kommen ,dabei hätten die doch die möglich keit mit 7 millarden ,,aber der glaubenwahn ist leider immer noch grösser als jeder verstand,kinder und treumer haben nur noch die möglichkeiten der undendlichen weitern

@commanderkruge --> It basically says the same with the added info about the century the story is supposed to take place in and the size of the Enterprise's crew. In German it does work for sure and gives an old geek just the same goosebumps as the original intro. :)

@juni0r75 Today it sounds weird to me as well, because I now know the original, but back in the 70s when I was a wee little Kraut it was just as good:

"Space. Endless voids. It is the year 2200. These are the adventures of the spaceship Enterprise, which - with a crew of 400 - is on a five year journey to explore new worlds, new life and new civilisations. Many lightyears away from earth the Enterprise explores Galaxies that no human has ever seen before." -->

@bodieofci5 Yupp - someone in the German dubbing studio actually read the scripts a little bit before doing the intro. :) On a little side note - unlike the Original in Germany the intro isn't spoken by Captain Kirk, as far as I can tell, but a neutral announcer.
