What is an effective way to eliminate anxiety and panic attacks, generalized without the use of drugs.
First of all what is anxiety?
Anxiety is a basic emotion. It is present in every human being. It is the emotional response to a situation perceived as threatening or dangerous.
2] What is the difference between normal and pathological anxiety?
The difference between normal and pathological anxiety is that pathological anxiety is disproportionate or excessive an emotional reaction to a distorted or perception of risk.
To further clarify the difference I will give an example.
Imagine a person driving down the on the highway and, suddenly bursting a tire. Then they lose control of the car momentarily, thankfully, there was no oncoming traffic so they are able to slowly regain control of the car. This individual feels strong palpitations, shortness of breath and sweating of the hands. Minutes later, when those feelings fade, they get out of the car to change the tire and then continue their journey. He has reacted normally to an episode that threatened his life.
Now imagine another person lying quietly in the sun, reading a newspaper. Suddenly this person felt the same symptoms as the driver of the car. For no apparent reason he feels faint, and also tightness in the chest, his legs begin to tremble and he thinks his death is imminent.
3] What causes excessive anxiety?
We can speak of predisposing factors (genetic relatives) and precipitating factors that triggers Anxiety Disorder (bereavement, marital breakdown, moving, financial loss, etc.)..
4] What are the warning signs that indicate that my anxiety needs treatment?
It is expected to feel anxious in situations such as starting a job, a romantic encounter or take a test, but when anxiety rises so high that interferes with your work, leads you to avoid certain situations or places and / or unable perform adequately in your daily life, you may be suffering from an anxiety disorder. Create a query as soon as possible, with a specialist.
5] Can my genes make me more likely to have an anxiety disorder?
Genes are a predisposing factor to develop a possible anxiety disorder. But there are also other factors that make it possible to develop an Anxiety Disorder. That is why in families, one child may express an anxiety disorder and another child may not.
6] Will my anxiety become worse if not treated?
High anxiety causes deterioration in the quality of life of the individual, the longer you suffer from high levels of anxiety, the higher the risk becomes for permanent damage. It is therefore important to seek consultation on how to stop panic attacks.

  • Oh hai! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • It is best to start with psychotherapy and psychiatric consultation. The crisis of anxiety, most have a psychogenic origin and probably the psychiatrist will prescribe an antidepressants and anxiolytics in the treatment (very effective), but you may become dependent on it I did, but more importantly you must finally find the cause of your anxiety in order to eliminate it completely.

  • I am considering medication because therapy is not helping me. I came across the "panic away" program and I am wondering has anyone ever tried it. Obviously if they are still posting it must be successful but has anyone tried it or known of anyone who has tried it? I am getting desperate. Daily panic,anxiety, and uncontrollable trembling is getting to be old

  • There really is no risk with this product it has a 60 day money back Garnette but i think people don't want there money back they want a solution I think this is a great program but every one is different and you have to want to be better and be willing to work fore it.

  • I have suffered with panic attacks for 15 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 15 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good.
