Patch Adams and clowns, taking a dance break in a hospital cafeteria, Moscow, Russia, in support of Maria's Children Foundation. This was one of the highest moments of our 2 weeks in Russia. At 4:30 hear Patch say "This is the part I really love ... from 13 to 78."  He is referring to the age range diversity in this year's troupe with 13 year old Isabel to Rosi at 78, both dancing in the circle here!

Hey everyone ... checkout from 0:24 to 1:03. Patch grabs this cafeteria gal in blue. She tries to get away and Debia tells her "no you can't leave us!" Then she finally makes her escape. Great! :-)
