Typhoon Ondoy ( Ketsana ) Philippines - Alarming Footage of Tropical Rain Storm Flood Waters

MANILA -- Tropical storm Ondoy (international code name Ketsana) has continued on Sunday to move farther away from the country after badly affecting several parts of the Philippines, particularly Metro Manila and provinces of Bulacan and Rizal.

Weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) said that, as of 10 p.m., Ondoy was already 560 kilometers west of Iba, Zambales with maximum winds of 110 kilometers per hour near the canter and gustiness of 140 kph.

Ondoy is forecast to be at 880 kilometers west of Iba, Zambales by Monday evening.

The tropical storm has left nearly 100 people dead and at least 50 people missing.

According to the National Disaster Coordinating Council, Ondoy has affected more than 300,000 people mostly in NCR, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Region IV-A, and Region III.

Nearly 60,000 people were already evacuated to at least 118 centers.
