@guitardbucket I bought the Vypyr Tube 60 from Guitar Center and LOVED the sounds (not the weight), but had to return it after a week because of a defective tuner. Then about 6 months later, sent the second one back because it was so unreliable (kept shutting down). After that, I gave up....

EXCELLENT demo. The way that guy's voice bounced off the exterior of the Nano Vypyr was one of the better sounds I've ever heard; I'm going out to buy it right now...

I bought my first amp in 1976...amps are like cars, some good and reliable, some lemons. I have a Vypyr 75 thats had to go back for repair once. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Its a great amp and at $300 its a steal.

I bought a Vypyr 30 and sanpera II a year ago and have had no issues with either. I'm not discounting those who have, maybe I just got lucky to get a good one. lol. For the money, and for what it is, it's one of the coolest amps I've had.

I have a Vypyr tube 120 (my 2nd one) and like it, but getting a Vypyr iwithout bugs is hit or miss. The units are made in china, so that should tell you something right there.
Personally, I'd pay extra money if the amp were made in the USA with better build quality and reliablity instead of paying less for crap from china.
