There are a number in a which you can study parapsychology as part of a BSc Psychology Degree. For example, Coventry, Derby, Liverpool Hope, Edinburgh, Goldsmiths, and Northampton which is where I am based and holds CSAPP - the Centre for the Study of Anomalous Psychological Processes. At York Uni you can study aspects of the paranormal as part of a Sociology degree course or by research. Hope that helps.
