fascinating how the right wing on youtube are the first to releave themselves on the fundamental american principles of constitutional rights, your freedoms, sacred principles of individual rights, habeas corpus, the bill of rights, the amendments, and _anything_ that IS truly american. Its okay for them to see everyone else loose the truly american freedoms."Congress shall make no laws abridging these rights".. but universities shall?is Nothing American is sacred to them?? absolutely amazing.

Stupid freaks. What part of "don't scream at guards if you don't want to be treated like a nutcase" don't they understand? And these are the twats graduating from your universities? What is the world coming to?

all of you who think police have a different set of rights than civilians are extremely ignorant and need to read up on your local blue book or laws. there was no reason to use a taser on the dude. i understand that he needs his i.d. but i'm pretty sure that the multiple police officers encircling him would have been able to escort him out without using a weapon. if they can't then they need to cut back on the donuts.

He refused to show id and refused to leave, he was obviously a troublemaker. He asked for the whole thing.

Don't forget that he was acting like a psycho as well, screaming and stuff. That started BEFORE he was tasered.

you are inaccurate. First engage your brain before typing. 1. he indicated that he was not carrying ID therefore he cannot refuse ID if he does not have it in his possession. When asked for his name he gave the reason why. He was afraid. People in frea often clam up. He did not do himself favours by being so confrontational but he did not ask for it. He was passionate about his question but did he ask for Tazer use? You need to wake up to where America is heading.

omg.. this is overboard.

These spoiled kids go to school to learn and be encouraged to express and practice their rights, then now feel they've authority & enlightenment when push comes to shove.

Your freedoms have little to do with the police. You haven't the same rights nor resources as the police. They will fuck you up!

Do what you're told. The end.
