I have playlists by year 1950-1999 already.
So now I'm thinking farther out and just put this on my new 1888 top hits playlist!

sometimes i wonder if people today can love the way elgar did. He composed this for his wife and in truth, it sounds fleeting and very passionate, like first love, but it has the overtone of TRUE love, of a love which will last the years. Elegant, simple, and very frivolous but the passion put in its performance makes it sound eternal. Does this love exist anymore? It's so hard to find anything so beautiful.
