Gary and the female investigator (stood on the step) were the only ones with cameras at the time but, when she tried to take a picture, her 35mm camera's power failed for about 20 seconds so no picture was taken, no flash fired and the film did not wind on.
There had been no problem with her camera before this event and it functioned normally shortly afterwards.
Two others witnesses were stood behind and to the left of Gary and, as heard on the clip, they saw something prior to his camera capturing it.
Investigations afterwards could find no object or light source to explain what had been seen and captured on the clip - at no time during the filming did the other investigator's camera work so there is no reason for the flash of light.
