I might be wrong, but the reason why i would say university education helps is because you are trained to socialize and mingle at college level. High school for growing up physically. University is a place for growing up mentally and intellectually. people who miss this stage sometimes show problems like Lucy

Someone needs to teach the Kibakis, more so Lucy, proper public relations. Personal feelings should never be acted out in public if you are privileged to be in such a position. Same for other politicians. To be respected you have to be respectful. Kenya, where did professionalism disappear to?
