I'm gonna build one once I can find an overhead projector

That is a whole lotta fans! You could have avoided that by using a portable ohp, the lamp goes in the top and reflects off the bottom via a mirror, this way the fresnel end stays nice and cool, no fans required!

@teamwindsor ah ok...I thought that were meant to do less hours, so it's good 2000...

@MrBn4u the screen is lifted a few milimeters from the actual ohp stage so the fans are blowing over both front and back of the screen which seems to keep it pretty cool.

@porche3r as described previously the screen is 1280x720. It is capable of doing 720p so it is technically HD. If you are talking about true HD (1080i/p) then it is not. But when buying a tv, projector etc. anything from 720p up is classed as HD.

@Tommyavi the lamps are £1.75 each, I bought about 5 initially and am still on my first one. They are meant to do about 2,000 hours.

@tebanano part of it is the camera, but for £60 what do you expect?
