Hi Guys,
I haven't listened all the way through, yet, so if I make a point that you cover, oops.
As a business coach, I find that the owner managers of most small business don't understand the cost of acquiring a new customer.
This 30% IS the cost of acquisition, so do your sums and if that's outside your business model - decision made, and if it's inside your business model, decision made.
We all have a cost of sale, it's just that most small businesses don't recognise it.
Take care
Jo
