The shooting took place at 9:46 a.m. in front of 140 Park Hill Road in Clifton, Staten Island. The victim, who was identified as Lameen Carter aka La Banga (Inspectah Deck's House Gang), was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital, where he died about four hours later.
