I do not understand why people hate on others either, atleast he is at the gym, and its not like he is small, his body is proportional, knock off the jealousy and show some respect.....i do agree that it is kind of over training BUT it shows a varitaion of exercises

Why do people hate so much? One might reach the conclusion, that to some extent, on whatever level, jealousy is directly connected to hate and anger. I fail to understand why some feel that they are victimised by other's success and may go on to feel the need to disarm this feeling of victimization by discrediting the one who is succeeding.

@BeFit4Free 1-6 reps is for strenght, 6-12 is for muslce growth. So it doesn't make sence what u are saying

Wow, the title reads: "Biceps Training," but he must have some sore shoulders after that form! lol. And his proportions are pretty terrible...

For growth you typically want to do lower reps with higher weight. (Not cheating, but concentrated, slow, HEAVY lifts). It is good however, to do a week or so of super high reps (15-20) every month of 5 weeks to keep your muscles guessing...
