Not very good form, and hey lets keep looking over to see if people are looking at me!

whats the difference between sumo deadlift and regular deadlift?

ARandomCanadian - Sumo is a wider stance with hands outside of feet. Regular or Conventional is feet closer together. Both are acceptable and really just depends on body type.
Will - Yes my form did suck back then which is why its my second time doing it. This is also almost a year old. My form has improved and I switched gyms so I wouldn't have to look around worried that the trainer (there was a trainer working with that woman) would bug me for taking my shoes off.

SumoDeadlift is wide stance with feet and hands on the inside. Regular or Conventional Deadlift is feet on inside and hands just on the outside of them.
