  • ARandomCanadian - Sumo is a wider stance with hands outside of feet. Regular or Conventional is feet closer together. Both are acceptable and really just depends on body type.

    Will - Yes my form did suck back then which is why its my second time doing it. This is also almost a year old. My form has improved and I switched gyms so I wouldn't have to look around worried that the trainer (there was a trainer working with that woman) would bug me for taking my shoes off.

  • SumoDeadlift is wide stance with feet and hands on the inside. Regular or Conventional Deadlift is feet on inside and hands just on the outside of them.
