This is proof that recovery and Salvation are 2 totally different processes and everyone doesn't believe they need salvation. Some stay clean without belief and never get saved, thats the truth right there..But this guy in this video is too much for me...And still HE doesnt speak the truth about God..SMH

I worked no steps, had no "spiritual experience", and sure as hell did not get some jerk like this asshat to be my "sponsor", yet I have been clean for almost 6 years. Would this asshat deduce from these factors that I was never a "real" heroin addict? Tell that to anyone who knew me at any point between 15 and 26 years old. I reached a point where I would kill for my shit if I had to, and I'd sooner kill myself than go without my dope. I quit when I realized I was not powerless to do so.

I left AA, I don't have any religious or "spiritual" beliefs, and I'm doing fine.

Three years without a drink and without AA.

@landofsuchbeauty If you found a way that worked for you then share it with others. I dont care how people get sober , i am glad for anyone who makes it out of destructive drinking.

It is just AA is my way and i am many years of alcohol and heroin. Why is the hatred directed toward AA. I have found many things in life that are non benificial to myself but i just move on and try something else.
