This video demonstrates an excellent way to activate a golfers stability, active trunk control and balance.
Stand on two balance pods in golf posture. Squeeze ball or foam roller between hands to activate the trunk and core. The golfer will attempt to maintain and hold this posture while the partner provides pertubations or balance challenges by poking and pushing the individual standing on the pods.
This is a great way to facilitate a golfers stability system before practice or play. Have the golfer move into there backswing and forward swing motion to add additional challenge.
